Terms of use

Updated: 2026-09-01 · Contact: privacy@daydi.uz

By using the Daydi app and daydi.uz (together, the “Service”) you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

Daydi is a platform with information about Uzbekistan's natural destinations, routes, GPS trip recording, challenges and community features.

The Service is intended for users aged 16+; younger users only with parental or guardian consent.

2. Account

Sign-up uses your phone number. You are responsible for your account's security and for actions taken through it.

One person, one account. Creating an account on someone else's behalf is prohibited.

3. Content

Tracks, photos, comments and reports you upload remain yours. You grant Daydi a free, worldwide licence to display, store and process them within the Service.

Passing off others' photos as your own, false summit claims and spreading dangerous or misleading information are prohibited.

Editorial data (destinations, routes, budgets) is informational; accuracy is not guaranteed.

4. Verification and challenges

GPS tracks are verified automatically and manually. Daydi may reject, review or revoke a result.

Challenge rules are versioned. Verified results are not revoked by new rules, but removed destinations no longer count going forward.

Rewards depend on sponsor terms and may be limited in quantity.

5. Limitation of liability

Mountain activities are dangerous. Daydi is not a rescue service, does not guarantee route safety and is not liable for the consequences of user decisions.

The Service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law Daydi is not liable for outages, errors or data loss.

6. Suspension

Accounts violating the rules may be warned, suspended temporarily or permanently. Moderation decisions are communicated in the app.

7. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; material changes are announced in the app. The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply.
